Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to start a return.

Eligibility Criteria
We handle two types of returns:

  • Standard Returns: If you’ve changed your mind or the fit isn’t right, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that appear worn or washed outside of a manufacturing defect claim.
  • Returns for Quality Issues: If you discover a manufacturing defect after use, please contact us right away. These cases are handled individually, and we will arrange a free return or replacement even if the item has been worn, as long as the issue is reported within the 30-day return period. We ask you to provide clear photos of the defect so we can quickly help you.

Initiating a Return
Please contact us at info@vejjiaa-stoorve.it.com to request a return authorization. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. There’s no cost to you for return shipping, and we don’t charge any restocking fees.

Sending Your Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the prepaid label. Please ship the package to our returns address:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days after the inspection is complete. The money will be returned to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take an additional 7 to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive something that’s defective, damaged, or just not what you ordered, contact us right away. We’ll arrange for a free return and make sure you get the correct item or a full refund quickly.
